Decision

RESOLVED – That paragraphs 6.1 (2) and 6.1 (3) of the Kirklees Community Governance Review report be deleted and replaced with the text “the Council agrees to a further Community Governance Review on the issue of creating a new Honley and Brockholes Parish Council subject to (i) the verification of validated signatures within the petition (as submitted to this meeting of Council) reaching the required threshold to trigger a Community Governance Review and (ii) any future consultation to include options in relation to creation of Honley and Brockholes Parish Council and options in relation to the implementation date.”
