Disposal of this land to the housing association Thirteen Group at nil value based on the land valuation received will further the Council’s strategic goals and facilitate the building of 57 affordable dwellings in Kirklees, with a nomination agreement ensuring that those on the Council’s waiting list will have their housing need addressed.
