Purpose

The Council has been awarded the sum of
£2,764,500 by West Yorkshire Combined Authority to help
support local authority delivery of economic development activity
over a three-year period. (04/23 – 03/26)
 
The gainshare funding will be used to support
the Housing Growth Team and enable delivery of a largescale
programme of development across Council sites alongside bespoke
work with developers to unlock challenging sites and help tackle
market failure.

agreement with WYCA; and to deliver the project.
