Purpose

There is a need to award a
new contract for our contact centre system to continue to receive
support, maintenance and functionality of the system.
 

Content

Maintain support,
maintenance, and the contact centre system with Netcall through a
new contract.
 
Netcall is a mature on-premise
solution, that will enable us to deliver on our future ambitions of
our Technology Strategy and Access to Services Strategy.
