RESOLVED –
 

1)   
That the memberships, as set out in the tabled
report, be approved and that the allocation of any outstanding
places on any Committees, Boards and Panels, or subsequent
amendments, be delegated to Group Business Managers.

2)   
That authority be delegated to the Service Director
(Legal, Governance and Monitoring) to make any changes to
appointments in consultation with Group Business Managers, based
upon revised proportions.
