Purpose

The procurement of these bins
used to take place annually which requires a lot of procurement
resource. Procurement have advised to move to a 2-year contract
with the option to extend by 3 years (a year at a time). This will
reduce the resource strain on the procurement team.

To procure bins on a 2 + 3
year procurement, instead of the previous annual
procurement.
