That the Head of Assets approves the grant of a lease for an office at The Halewood Centre, Roseheath Drive, Halewood on the main terms and conditions referred to in this report whilst authorising the Head of Legal Services to prepare and complete the necessary legal documentation.

None. A formal agreement is required to authorise the occupation of the accommodation by an external third party.
