Purpose

The decision is for the introduction of a policy that relates to the licensing of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) in accordance with Section 55 of the Housing Act 2004. This is a key decision since HMOs that will be subject to the licensing regime are located throughout the Borough.
