The purpose of this report is to seek approval to the surrender and renewal of a lease for 102 Liverpool Road, Huyton on the main terms and conditions referred to in this report.

Decision

The Head of Assets approves the surrender and renewal of the lease for 102 Liverpool Road, Huyton whilst authorising the Head of Legal Services to prepare and complete the necessary legal documentation.

Alternative options considered

The Council could refuse to agree to the surrender and renewal. This option has been rejected in the interest of good estate management.
