Purpose

The purpose of this decision is to seek approval to sign and seal small contracts relating to a legacy Music Festival event in November 2023.  The cost is within the planned budget and the finance position managed with the involvement of Financial Services.

Decision

That the Executive Director (Communities and Neighbourhoods) approves the signing of small contracts for Borough of Culture Music Festival as follows:

•         Mick Head and the Red Elastic Band / ATC Live LLP

•         HLF Touring LLP Services of Holly Fletcher P/K/A Lapsley

Alternative options considered

No alternative options. Approval is required before these small contract can be signed and sealed.
