Purpose

To seek approval to the grant of a lease for a
Gas Governor at Arncliffe Road, Halewood on the main terms referred
to in this report.

Decision

The Assistant Executive Director (Governance
and Assets) approves the grant of a lease for a Gas Governor at
Arncliffe Road, Halewood on the main terms and conditions referred
to in this report, whilst authorising the Head of Legal Services to
prepare and complete the necessary legal documentation.
