That the Head of Assets approves the lease renewal for 24 Rimmer Avenue, Huyton on the main terms and conditions referred to in this report whilst authorising the Head of Legal Services to prepare and complete the necessary legal documentation.

Alternative options considered

None. The tenant has a right to renew the lease under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 unless the Council can prove certain specified grounds for possession. No such grounds apply in this instance.
