Decision
1) That having considered the representations received during statutory consultation under section 16 of the London Local Authorities and Transport for London Act 2013 for new Rapid Electric Vehicle Charge Points (EVCPs) detailed in Appendix A, to agree the implementation of the charge points shown in Appendix D, to be completed between March 2026 and April 2026.
2) That having considered the representations received during statutory consultation for a proposed traffic management order under the provisions of sections 6,45, 46, 24, Schedule 1 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for parking restrictions in EV recharging bays as detailed in Appendix A, to agree to make the permanent traffic management order and implement the proposed and amended locations for parking bays as outlined in Appendix D, between March 2026 and May 2026, at an estimated cost of £2,000.
3) To have regard to the Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) undertaken concerning the electric vehicle charge point proposals as detailed in Appendix B.
