Purpose

The 18/19 Strategic Initiatives
- Incentive Fund programme was established to support Highway
Maintenance projects across the County. The programme has been in
progress since with projects now complete.
 
Changes to the programme
budgets totalling £12000 are required in order to reconcile
the budgets for overspent projects and close out projects where
there is residual available funds.

Strategic Initiatives project budgets for transfers in order to
financially reconcile the programme.
