Purpose
Negotiations with AVT and the
NHS are ongoing in relation to new contracts for the provision of
CT scanning. The purpose of this decision is to secure the
continuing delivery of services, as per the current agreements,
until negotiations with all parties are concluded and we are in a
position to enter into new contracts.
A further letter of intent has
been produced to be signed by the two parties. The letter of intent
captures a non-exhaustive list of matters that still need to be
agreed.
