Purpose

The Leader has proposed the following changes
to Outside Bodies appointments:

Lancashire Local Access Forum – Cllr Alan Cullens to replace
Cllr Cosima Towneley
Lancashire Schools Forum – Cllr Loraine Cox to replace Cllr
Andrea Kay
Public Rights of Way Forum – Add Cllr Alan Cullens as Chair,
remove Cllr Carole Haythornthwaite and note Cllr Andrea Kay as a
member of the committee only.
Friends of Lancashire Archives – Cllr Ash Sutcliffe to
replace Cllr Alan Cullens

This has been agreed by the Director of Law and
Governance.
