Purpose
The
revocation of the limited waiting area is necessary to aid in the
creation of a Zebra crossing arrangement.
The
proposal also revokes and reinstates the existing No Waiting at Any
Time and Limited Waiting restrictions at this location. This is to
tidy up the existing order so that it matches the restrictions that
are on site and to allow for effective enforcement.
In
addition, a Goods Vehicle loading bay will be introduced to
facilitate operatives serving the premises known as the Co-Op, this
will minimise the risk of loading and un-loading in the
carriageway.
Formal consultation was carried out
between 6th December 2023 and 3rd January 2024 with No
Objections.
