Purpose

The Cabinet approved the recommendation(s) as
set out in the report.
 
The decision be implemented immediately for
the purposes of Standing Order C27(3) as any delay could adversely
affect the execution of the county council's
responsibilities.  The reason for this
was to expedite implementation of the decision as there was an
expectation that the scheme is implemented from 1 April 2024,
providing support to some of the most vulnerable households in
Lancashire.
