Purpose

In advance of the 2024/25 IT Block Capital
Report going to Cabinet for a decision in May, a decision is
required for £50,000 to be added to PPMS ID 15074 –
PROW Reactive Pot 2024/25. If this decision was not taken and PROW
not be allocated £50,000 (from the recommended £300,000
allocation) as detailed in the Cabinet report, the £50,000
could have been repaid by the transport contingency.
