Lancashire County Council Full Council approved the minutes from meetings held on 14 December 2023 and 23 February 2024 on 14 March 2024. The council also resolved to approve the revenue budget, council tax and precept, policy savings, capital programme, capital strategy, and exceptions to the agreed uplift policy for fees and charges for 2024/25. Additionally, recommendations from the Audit, Risk and Governance Committee regarding the Treasury Management Strategy, Investment Strategy, and Minimum Revenue Provision Policy Statement for 2024/25 were approved, as were recommendations from the Employment Committee regarding the Pay Policy Statement 2024/25.
