Purpose

This report sets out the county
council's proposed fee uplifts for adult social care services for
2024/25, the financial impact of which has been reflected in the
Medium-Term Financial Strategy.
 
Appendix 'A' provides a
schedule of the current rates and the proposed rates from 1 April
2024.
 
The county council has engaged
with care providers and NHS partners in reaching the
recommendations in this report.
 
This is deemed to be a Key
Decision and the requirements of Standing Order C19 have been
complied with.
