Purpose
The Director of Highways and Transport was
asked to approve the establishment of a multi supplier Framework
Agreement for the provision of Traditional Surfacing &
Associated Services in accordance with 5.1 of the Council's
Procurement Rules which provide authority to the relevant Director
to proceed to award a Contract on the completion of the Tender
Process where the decision to undertake the Tender Process has been
approved by Cabinet.
