The Lancashire Corporate Parenting Board approved recommendations on 19/09/2023. The board agreed to promote the Care Leaver Covenant's 'whole council approach' to improve local offers and opportunities for care leavers. This includes leading by example with apprenticeships, working with partners on policy, promoting social value in commissioning, and increasing employment opportunities.
