Purpose
Overspends have been recorded on a number of
projects, for the Planned Additional Maintenance programme over
various years. In addition further funds are in order to enable
safety related TRO's to be implemented. It is proposed to offset
these with underspends from other project codes, unallocated funds
and the ecology survey being funded from other sources. The details
are set out in the attached report. It is recommended that the
report is approved.
