Purpose

A
decision on the commitment of £44,108 of S106 developer
contributions to the New School at Whittingham Hospital project
from application 06/2019/0970 'Land South of Whittingham Road
(Former Ridings Depot) (Phase 3)'. The contributions, secured
against this project, will be used to progress the planning
application and site investigations.

Approve the commitment of

project
And:
Approve the transfer of the
above contributions to the New School at Whittingham Hospital
project's PPMS project code – 13190.
