Sarah Robinson, Head of Service Property, on
behalf of the Noel O'Neil, Director of Finance and Commerce, took
the decision which has been delegated to her in accordance with the
Council's Directorate Schemes of Delegation to approve the award of
a call off contract for the boiler replacement at Millfield Science
& Performing Arts College, Thornton Cleveleys.
