Purpose
Due to the progression from Phase 2 to 3 of
the TAMP and the priorities changing, additional funding is needed
to be able to pre patch the ABC and rural roads in preparation for
the surface dressing to be completed in 2025/26. A total of
£460k is required and will be funded from the underspends
across the highway's maintenance block.
It's recommended that the funds are
reallocated as set out.
