Purpose

The Director of Highways and Transport was
asked to approve the establishment of a single supplier Contract
for the provision of Verge Works in accordance with 5.2 and 5.3 of
the Council's Procurement Rules which provide authority to the
delegated Officer to proceed to award a Contract on the completion
of the Tender Process where contractual spend would not involve a
Key Decision.

Content

Matt Townsend, Director of Highways and
Transport took the decision which has been delegated to him in
accordance with 9.52 (51) of the Council's Scheme of Delegation to
Officers to approve the establishment of a single supplier Contract
for the provision of Verge Works.
