Purpose

A number of 2024/25 P2 Drainage Defect schemes
have overspent and have outstanding costs, while others have
remining funds. As the end of the 2024/25 financial year approaches
these budgets are required to balance the individual budgets within
the scope of the overall programme, with the view of the projects
been financial closed after year end.
