Purpose

Proposed amendments to the
Highways, Bridges Maintenance Capital Programme
Executive Summary.
 
Head of Service is asked to
approve the reallocation of funds within the above programme to
allow projects to be closed and financially reconciled ahead of the
Financial Year end. The amounts detailed will allow outstanding,
unprocessed cost items costs to be settled. Details of the proposed
reallocations are as follows:
