Purpose

Proposed amendments to the
Highways, Bridges Maintenance Capital Programme
Executive Summary.
 
Head of Service is asked to
approve the reallocation of funds within the above programme to
allow projects to be closed and financially reconciled ahead of the
Financial Year end. The amounts detailed will allow outstanding,
unprocessed cost items costs to be settled. Details of the proposed
reallocations are as follows:
 
Transfer a total of
£9841.46 from completed project id 14935 24/25 30423 Church
Brow Retaining Wall to the following projects to allow them to be
reconciled

The reallocations are between
completed projects in the same programme and there is no change to
the total approved budget.

Budget allocations are
regularly reviewed to ensure the programme is delivered within
available resources and completed project budgets
reconciled.
