The Lancashire Combined County Authority approved its Constitution and Assurance Framework on 11 March 2025. It also approved a Pay Policy Statement, the appointment of three Statutory Officers and a Chief Operating Officer, and a balanced budget for 2025/26. The Authority also approved the provision of external audit services and its Governance Arrangements, Communications Strategy, Work Plan, and Calendar of Meetings.
