The Full Council of Lancashire Council decided on 13/03/2025 to note that the Children, Families and Skills Scrutiny Committee will oversee progress against the SEND Priority Action Plan and that the Council will write to the government offering support for legislative change. The Council also noted the Ofsted report on SEND services and the joint responsibility of the NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board and Lancashire County Council for planning and commissioning these services.
