Purpose

Approval to enter into a Highways Act 1980
Section 6 agreement (mini) with National Highways. The agreement is
required to undertake survey works at Junction 29 of the M6
Motorway to inform proposals for the development of highway layout
and infrastructure changes associated with the Lancashire Central
development.

Marcus Hudson, Head of Planning and Transport,
on behalf of Johathan Edwards, Director of Growth, Environment and
Planning took a decision to grant approval to enter into a Highways
Act 1980 Section 6 agreement (mini) with National Highways, for the
purpose of undertaking highway engineering surveys associated with
road layout changes associated with the Lancashire Central
development.
