Purpose

Each year Cabinet approves the allocation of
the government's Integrated Transport Block settlement to a series
of transport priorities. Over recent years, an amount of
£300,000 has been allocated for annual PROW Reactive Works
programme. With the Integrated Transport Block settlement now
confirmed by Government, and in order to maintain a working capital
to fund ongoing activity under this programme in advance of a
decision by the Cabinet, an interim amount of £40,000 will be
allocated to the project id put in place for 2025/26 PROW Reactive
Works.

Jonathan Edwards, Director of Environment and
Planning took a decision to allocate £40,000 to project id
16467 for PROW Reactive Works in 2025/26 in advance of the annual
allocation of £300k from the confirmed 2025/26 Integrated
Transport Block settlement being approved by Cabinet.
