county council's adult, and young people's substance use treatment
providers and, through grants made to other local providers in
Lancashire to support the Government's 10 year drug strategy, From
Harm to Hope. The additional funding comes via the Drug and Alcohol
Treatment and Recovery Grants. The county council's local plans
have been agreed by the Office for Health Improvements and
Disparities.
