The Employment Committee of Lancashire Council decided on 4 March 2025 to approve the minutes of previous meetings and to partially second the Chief Executive to the Lancashire Combined County Authority. The committee also approved the recruitment of an Interim Director of Finance and Commerce, the plan for recruiting a permanent Director of Finance and Commerce, and the extension of the contract for the Interim Executive Director of Adult Services. Additionally, they approved proposed changes to remuneration policies and pay structures for Local Pensions Partnership Limited.
