Purpose

Section 106 delegated authority is sought to
seal the S106 in relation to planning application 06/2022/1101),
securing education contributions. A primary contribution of up to
£1,747,046 and a secondary contribution of up to
£965,367 have been sought. The actual contribution will be
determined following a viability assessment.

contributions from the housing developer.
