Purpose

application for a business park adjacent to the M58, at Moss Lane,
Skelmersdale, the County Council responded requesting that the
developer should be required to contribute Section 106 monies; a
contribution of £6000 to support sustainable transport
initiatives with travel planning.

West Lancashire Borough Councill's Planning Committee have resolved
to approve the application. The developer is agreeable to making
the highway related contributions.
