Purpose

Lancashire County Council, the Authority, has
conducted a mini-competition process under the NEPRO3 (Bloom)
framework to establish a contract for a period of 3 months to
appoint a service provider to act as a delivery partner to support
improvement and transformation in Adult Services.

Bids were received and following evaluation the Authority awarded a
contract. This decision is to formally record the decision to award
a contract.
