Purpose

A number of 2025/26 Drainage Defect schemes
have exhausted their allocated funds, while others still have
remaining funds. Immediate drainage defect works are outstanding
across all East districts, and budgets need to be reallocated to
ensure these urgent works can continue to be undertaken in all
districts.

Move £47,286 from PPMS ID16298 25/26 Burnley Drainage Defects
to PPMS ID 16304 25/26 Pendle Drainage Defects.
Move £20,478 from PPMS ID16298 25/26 Burnley Drainage Defects
to PPMS ID 16301 25/26 Hyndburn Drainage Defects.
Move £12,945 from PPMS ID 16310 25/26 Rossendale Drainage
Defects to PPMS ID 16301 25/26 Hyndburn Drainage Defects.
Move £8,988 from PPMS ID 16310 25/26 Rossendale Drainage
Defects to PPMS ID 16303 25/26 Lancaster Drainage Defects.
Move £4,718 from PPMS ID16308 25/26 Ribble Valley Drainage
