Purpose

We currently hold a contract with Progress
Housing for the call monitoring element of the peace of mind 4
carers offer, which is also part of the Lancashire Carers service
contract. We recently extended the contract with Progress which is
due to end on 31st July 2025, but to ensure alternative process is
in place it has been extended till 31 August 2025. The additional
cost of extending for one month is £2457.75 plus VAT.

From the 31 August 2025 the call monitoring contract with Progress
