Purpose

This report provides an
overview of performance in relation to the ambitions set out in the
Council Plan 2025-2030 and tracks progress against the key
performance indicators which were agreed by Cabinet on 10 July
2025.  The report focuses on performance
in the first quarter of the financial year, from 1 April 2025 to 30
June 2025. The report also includes the work that is being
undertaken to address areas of challenge to achieve better
performance where needed.
