Purpose

Authorisation for members of the Pension Fund
Committee to attend external Conferences and the payment of any
associated delegate fees, travel, or accommodation costs by the
Lancashire County Pension Fund.

Robert McElvanney, the Interim Head of Pension
Fund, on behalf of the Director of Finance and Commerce, took a
decision to approve County Councillors G Johnson, R Edwards
and  J Tetlow and Co-opted members
Councillor M Clifford, Ms S Roylance and Mr P Crewe (members of the
Pension Fund Committee) to attend the Local Government Association
Governance Conference on 29/30 January 2026 in Cardiff and the
payment of any associated delegate fees, travel, or accommodation
costs as appropriate by the Lancashire County Pension Fund.
