Purpose
The Lancashire Combined County Authority
(LCCA) has previously received a future plan of agenda items,
incorporating Key and Non-Key Decisions, in addition to items which
may be presented for information only. This report covers the
period to April 2026 and provides the website link to the
LCCA’s published Forward Plan of Key Decisions.
As the LCCA transitions from initial set-up to
delivery, including key areas of work across transport and skills,
there is an opportunity to change the format of the Forward Plan so
that it provides an appropriate level of information regarding the
decisions which are due to be taken by the LCCA.
