The Environment, Economic Growth and Transport Scrutiny Committee of Lancashire Council decided on 11 September 2025 to approve recommendations regarding public communication improvements, the introduction of new key performance indicators for tree planting, overall road condition, and repairs fixed right first time, and to improve terminology and communication used in the Love Clean Streets app. The committee also resolved that a report on the gully cleaning policy be presented at a future meeting.
