Purpose

A decision on the approval to award a contract
under the NEPRO3 Framework Agreement for the provision of
specialist consultancy relating to Adult Services Transformation
Programme.

Decision

John Williams, Director of Operations –
Adult Service, on behalf of Helen Coombes, Executive Director of
Adult Services, took a decision to award a contract for a delivery
partner to support the Adult Services transformation programme to
Ernst & Young LLP. The procurement was
conducted via a direct award process under the NEPRO3 Framework
Agreement (Bloom Procurement Services act as a Neutral Vendor and
award a Specialist Professional Services Provider to complete the
services, which is EY).  The process is
compliant with the call-off procedure set out under the NEPRO3.
