Purpose

It is proposed to introduce a Traffic
Regulation Order to implement a "No Waiting at Any Time"
restriction, marked by double yellow lines, within the Fylde Area.
It also removes outdated restrictions to improve parking
availability and formalise existing on-site measures to correct
inconsistencies in current Orders, supporting effective
enforcement.
 
The proposal has undergone statutory
consultation, resulting in several formal objections.
