Full council record
Purpose

The purpose of these proposals are to revoke
old Traffic Regulation Orders relating to lengths of redundant bus
stop clearways that are no longer required or enforced.

Following a request from property No 33 for inclusion into the
permit allocation schedule, it was noted that although the property
was included within the original order dated 14/11/2012, it was
subsequently missed from the current order dated 22/07/2015.

The proposed amendment to include number 33 is considered necessary
to provide appropriate parking facilities for all eligible
properties within the extent of the scheme and to amend the 2015
order, which removed this facility from property number 33. This is
an administrative amendment only with no changes to the restriction
or its extent on site; therefore, drivers will not be subject to
any changes as a result of this
