Purpose

The purpose of the Bus Stops clearway is to
support the upgrade of the existing bus stops to a quality bus
stops. This is to allow the buses to pull in and out safely and
allow effective enforcement. A raised boarding platform will also
be installed to ensure safe boarding and alighting of mobility
impaired passengers and ensure the bus stops are fully mobility
compliant.

Consultations
For Bus Stops - Formal consultation was carried out between 05
november-2025 until 03 December-2025 which included frontagers to
the proposed location of the Bus Stop being notified and notices
being displayed on site. Divisional county councillors were
consulted along with the council's usual consultees.

Following formal consultation No Objections were received.
