Purpose
The removal of the bus stop is required to
facilitate the introduction of an additional loading bay along
Market Street. Giving local businesses a dedicated loading bay. New
improved bus facilities will be provided at the Bus Station on
Craddock Road.
Consultations
For Bus Stops - Formal consultation was carried out between 17
October 2025 and 14 November 2025 which included frontagers to the
proposed location of the Bus Stop being notified and notices being
displayed on site. Divisional county councillors were consulted
along with the council's usual consultees.
Following formal consultation No Objections were received.
